switch info please

Is it possible to use more than 4 lnbf ?
I never see more than a 4 lnb switch.
Do i need another reciever?

You can add an Ecoda 22KHz.....
Receiver------22KHz On-----DiSEqC Switch-------4 LNBs
.....................22KHz Off-----DiSEqC Switch-------4 LNBs

you can add more than 4 LNB's to a setup depending on which switches you use and what switch support your receiver can do.

If your receiver has Diseqc 1.1 option then you can really open up the options.

What receiver do you have? Its easier to answer the question once we know what you're working with

Here's the specific drawing in the Switch FAQ that describes what Lak7 said.
That'll get you eight LNBs without much fuss, money, or bother.
Any receiver should be able to control the simple switch array, too.

Do you have specific needs beyond eight LNBs and one receiver?
For 8 LNBs and 4 receivers, this post is the most simple switch hookup.
Again, any modern DVB/FTA receiver should be able to handle the task.
