I currently have 625 in located in my bedroom (currently two sat lines running to it) that also feeds my rec room; and vip211 (currently one sat line running to it) in my living room for my hdtv.

I was hoping to upgrade the 625 to a vip722 and have that installed in living room and use it only in single mode so I can have PIP for sports, etc; move the vip 211 to the bedroom and then split the signal to share it between the bedroom and rec room.

On the dish it up program, will they rerun the sat lines to make the above connections necessary for the installed price? Or would I be expected to pay time and materials charge to accomplish that?

What LNBs do you have? Run Sys. Info and post the equipment. Menu, 6, 1, 3.

Yes all the cabling should be there to accomplish what you are asking. Since you have a 211 now you should already have the HD sat, 61.5 or 129 at your location. Its a bit strange you have 2 lines to the 625. I would imagine that you have a DP34 installed in this case. Before the install take the 211 to the bedroom and start to hook it up. Since it already feeds the rec room you will need to add a splitter to feed the rec room and this bedroom tv. Only one of the sat lines will be used.

The tech will then just need to use a DPP twin to make the single line to the 722 work. This shouldnt be a problem. Just make it easy on the tech and start moving the 211 for him. Explain exactly what you are after and it should be very easy to accomplish. A small tip would help also.

What is the reason to have internet connected to 722?
