Come November everyone will loose the Super Stations as WB and UPN will be declaired networks.

Then the only way to get them is with Waivers.

The bill looks like it will pass.

What do you see in the SHVIA renewal markups (not even bills yet, much less acts of Congress) that I don't? I see the end of "two-dish"; I see extending the "significantly viewed" rule to satellite; I see a 5-year renewal of the distant-locals rule (which otherwise would expire on 12/31), possibly with a prohibition on distant locals anywhere LIL is available. (The satellite industry wants HD distant locals, but that's a long shot.) I don't see anything moving existing UPN and WB superstations to distant-locals status.
