</TD></TR><TR><TD>Happy New Year, everyone! In case you're wondering, the Rose Parade takes place tomorrow; the City of Pasadena never holds the parade on a Sunday. Tonight, ABC uses the post-"Desperate Housewives" timeslot to premiere a new mid-season drama called "In Justice." Focusing on cases of law gone wrong, the National Justice Project is a non-profit made up of folks who fight to turn over wrongful convictions. Led by charismatic attorney David Swain (Kyle MacLachlan, "Sex and the City"), the team also includes chief investigator Charles Conti (Jason O'Mara, late of "The Agency"). In tonight's premiere, the Project takes the case of a former junkie imprisoned for murdering her father. Marisol Nichols and Constance Zimmer also star.
