Maybe the surprises hopeful for January include Comcast rearranging what channels are in what formats. If Megapipe isn't necessary for all the feeds currently on AMC18 that might open up a few channels previously unavailable for 4D.

Wouldn't that be nice.

Not really, HITS's may be 2nd generation but it's way better quality (bitrate) than SD mini-dish.

Just compare the number of channels each put on a single transponder.

Looking through the list some of these are also on W5 already. Why are there doubles? That also means HITS can do that with more.

I'd personally rather them get NY channels. WABC, WNBC, WCBS. I think FineLiving is now The Cooking Channel.

Some of the NY channels are on DVB broadcast out of the Virgin Islands ITC.
