I am not sure what section handles Suddenlink related questions. Anyone know when Suddenlink HD will be available in Sissonville, WV.

I have talked to them about 10 times on the phone but they always say the same thing. "I don't know" now why wouldn't they not know?:rolleyes:

If they do not see much loss to Dish / Directv then they will see no incentive on making the upgrades. Or maybe they do not see enough loss to make it worthwhile. They might not see enough value for the money to see a profit in adding a whole lot more yet. They might also want to keep it a secret so that competetors dont find out.

I had Dishnetwork but they never offered me any incentives to stay so I dropped them. I leased out my DVRS and all I got done was taking them to UPS exchanging them for one that worked.

Then an CSR said I might have to pay to have my leased DVR to be repaired. huh? I am leasing it why would I have to pay to fix it?

Now Suddenlink they don't know when their getting HD why have a HD tv and no HD. I'm ready to drop everything and just watch tv on the internet. :D

I believe Dish Network has the best DVR hardware out there. You just cant beat it. I think there will be some to disagree with me but I also think that most will agree.

I was a customer for 10 years. I went through 4 DVRS in 2 years the leased equipment is junk.
