I have a Dish 1000 and 500 with a 211 and to very old receiver on the 500. also a Sanyo 32 LCD HD tv. Lately I have noticed a stuttering video picture on the SD channels with the 211 I go into the other rooms and check the channels on the 500 and no problem. Not sure if it is a receiver, Dish or TV issue. I am hooked up to the 211-TV with a HDMI cable. I have checked the receiver not it still does after I run all the checks. Here is the strange part, when I switch to an HD channel there is no video stutter and it seems to be intermittent Only seem to be on the SD channels. Has anyone else seen this issue?
