I have straight talk iphone 3, trying to use FB app, but wants me to upgrade, afraid I will lose all jailbreak info I had to do in the beginning, Any suggestions???Thank you!!!

What is the app wanting you to upgrade? If it is only the facebook application then I don't see any problems. If it want's you to upgrade iOS to continue working then you would lose your jailbreak. After the upgrade you would just need to re-jailbreak your iPhone.
There is no untethered jailbreak currently available on iOS 6.0.1.
But that could change tomorrow.
So option #1. Is that you run a tethered jailbreak.
Option #2. Is that certain 3G & 3GS models may work untethered, if they are old enough.
You would need to be more accurate with your model info, production date, etc.
