Have my 25 pounds (medium) sitting on the back deck steaming and cooling, will process this afternoon... They had 3 roasters going with 2 guys roasting.

Saw at Walmart Monday, $2.00 for 2 pounds, the ones I got didn’t have much heat so bought 4 pounds of Young Guns… (WM stopped roasting a couple years ago or so, will grill later)

My local Walmart Neighborhood Market here in Rohnert Park used to carry Young Guns frozen diced Hatch green chiles in three heats. I always bought the XXX. Sadly they no longer carry them. I can get them directly from Young Guns but shipping is prohibitive.

Wow, steep... Air Fryer Roasted the chiles (semi-fail) ended up with 4 vacuum sealed bags not quite quart size full after putting through grinder with large dye.
Might scramble with eggs in morning for first try.
