Could you tell me the benefits of having a 722k with an OTA module? I realize it is to be able to program more, but where do I find just what that programming is about?

Once you understand what OTA is and how to get it, then you'll understand that the benefits for having an OTA module on a 722K is that you would still receive your local channels even when the Sat goes out during a heacy storm, you'll get more (and better) HD local channels (and subchannels) than Dish carries on their Sat feed, and you'll have more tuners to work with for recording local channels.
