I do not see why someone could not port android to the iPhone right now. It runs pretty much identical hardware as android phones go. Cyanogenmod could probably do it pretty quickly.

I don't think it is an issue of could it be done, but there is no good business reason to do so.

Or even on an S3 or S4, I suppose.
