Weather has had me in the gym the last two days. Yesterday watched Desperate Measures, and today, Wormhole Xtreme.

Of all the projects I’ve ever done, “Stargate” is the only one from the beginning intended to be a trilogy. We always wanted to do parts two and three, but the thinking was they didn’t want to do anything other than the TV series. So literally for 20 years I’ve been chasing this project. Twenty years later, we can’t really do part two. We have to start over from the beginning. So let's reboot the series, put in all the things we couldn’t the first time, and set it up properly.

Of course, I'd argue the tv show did set it up properly, and realized the potential of the movie, and then much much more. And now, it will be hard to reboot and not be in the shadow of the actors who made the show what it was. But heck, hollywood always seems determined to reboot instead of come up with anything new, so no surprise.

Needed a Stargate fix, watched an Atlantis episode "The Eye" first, then "Prometheus Unbound" last night...

Enjoyed watching Claudia Black, aka Vala, in two episodes of Haven last week.

Been watching thread-starter episodes...The Nox, Enigma, There but for the Grace of God, Thor's Hammer, Nemesis, A Matter of Time...then I plan to follow the threads through their sequel episodes or related episodes...a slightly different way of watching SG-1...

I have been watching one episode a week now for quite sometime, I am up to season eight and now alternate between SG-1 and Atlantis.

There but for the Grace of God - Season 1, episode 20

Nemesis - Season 3, episode 22

I'll quite likely go back and pick up a few others that I missed, like The Fifth Race, which is where we first meet the Asgard. I'll continue the list as I progress...
