Stargate SG-1 Discussion

I still remember when SG1 started airing on Showtime (it was great watching it on premium channel without commercial cuts), I own all SG1 seasons. (big fan)
I still hope they will make the SG1 movie (and also the SGA one), but unfortunately as time goes by I think the chances for that are getting slim....

We have all of SG1 and SGA and the movies but they are not all BluRay. I haven't bought any of the SGU yet because they were selling 1/2 season for as much as a full season of anything else.

It's not likely I'll be buying SGU at all...I have all the seasons of SG1 and SGA on DVD (so I won't do a double-dip on the BD's of SGA). But SGU hasn't shown but 3-4 episodes that I'd want to actually own. The rest just don't say "buy me!" to me.

So, like Rocky, I miss SG1...I watch my DVDs (they look better upconverted in my BD player), but I'd like to see new movies too.

The full season of SGU is coming soon for a decent price, I resisted buying the first disc today but not by much (Sarah Connors S2 was same price and I resisted it also)

I remembered the guy's name after I shut my PC off last night: Nareem. Can't remember the name of their race though...but they could walk through the gate's iris...

yep, they were the Tollans, and they could also walk through walls if my memory serves me right....

Tollans, yeah! Started out pretty arrogant, then got wiped-out... Had some wrist device that allowed them to walk through almost anything. I remember that now.

dvr'd the "The Torment of Tantulus" last weekend & watched Wednesday... one of my favorites, recorded "There But for the Grace of God" last night, will have to watch next weekend (have on Dvd but... )
