star trak 800 activate ?

having proublems finding signel . bought a star trak reciever C-Band and 6 foot dish 12 years ago. Hooked it up , connected sat finder to line , no signel. Do i need to activate reciever? Reciever loses upper and lower limits not sure why. could it be the battery?

I am sorry to see that nobody has yet to respond to your question yet. This happens time to time for the right person has yet to see it to offer you any suggestions. If you find a solution, please post a follow up so if the question is ever asked again this post can help someone else on the same problem.

I am sure there is someone out here on the forums that can get you directed in the right way on your question or point you there.

I personally do not have an answer for you or am I familiar with that particular box but someone here will know or give an opinion on what to do.
