Standard install question

Does the standard install include running addtional cable for the second LMB to that I can record two shows at once or watch one and record another? My installer just hooked the dish into my cable box. Would this cost extra?

Not really wanting to pay or do this myself.

if you are getting a tivo r-10 or the r-15, the installer has to connect both ports at the IRD and it is part of the free standard installation. dont let him pull any crap. not saying he will, but be careful.
