It's about time!
Happy to hear the deal was finally done but shame on both SNY and Charter for dragging their collective feet on this issue and especially Charter for creating a wealth of ill-will amongst its mostly loyal and patient subscribers. Charter's overall lack of concern, insensitivity and poor communications on this matter made a very frustrating experience even more pronounced than it should have been to all of us...the subscribers who pay the bills and ultimately have a choice between them and the satellites.
