Sports Pack free preview?

Just turned on the TV and Sports Pack channels are coming in. I'm getting Setanta too. Is there a free preview going on? I don't see it in my DirecTV newsletter.

Nobody seems to have known this ahead of time. it wasn't listed in the monthly newsletter but 4 other freebies were. Maybe they're just trying to make up for Versus.

Quite honestly I did not even know about it till I saw this thread and I went to look it up in our Reference system that scott mention here a couple time before by name. And found it. Normally we get a email memo about these things and we didnt. so it a little wierd.

Reason unknown for the free give away.

what a waste of the free preview. at least offer it during the weekend when you can get some out of market college football games that don't get blacked out. that would really entice some buyers. otherwise its just a waste of money(unless you're into sports talk shows and what not).
