I have a 622 and every once in a while i lose signal on all sats. When you go to the install screen down at the signal meter it will say spoofed network... then when you go to check switch it takes a while and finally says i have a switch prob. I now have a new receiver new twin lnb (119 110) replaced connections and diplexers. Any suggestions....... The only thing i haven't done is change the 129 lnb, it is a dual lnb so i changed to the other port.

I remember seeing a post about this at work (Dish). I will see if I can find out about it tomorrow. If I recall it is a very rare situation but should not being affecting your receiver. Check signal on 119/19, 110/21 and 129/17. Try running a switch test on each tuner input directly from the cable going into the separator. This way you can see if you have a problem with one of the tuner ins or a problem with the separator or diplexer.

:welcome to SatelliteGuys lineman......first I have heard of it..

I saw this on my check switch the other day as well. I have had over 116 lost locks on my counters on one tuner only since I saw the spoofed network. I ended up clearing the switch check matrix and then re running a check switch but I still see 114 lost locks. THis is only on my living room 622, my bedroom 622 hasn't seen any problems. I am going to change out the seperator and see if that helps next. My bedroom 622 is used mainly for kid standard def kids programs and some hgtv stuff for my wife. My 622 in the living room is used mostly for recording tv shows and hd movies off of 129 and 110. I thought maybe the 129 sat was causing my problems since the strength waivers so much.

Well, the post on our tech page at work has disappeared. Sorry. There is someone I need to talk to in tech ops that wasn't in today. I will try again tomorrow.

OK...Yes this is a known issue and a very rare one affecting 211, 622 and another model. It should not affect any switch test. lineman, it's got to be a switch problem. If you have a DPP twin it has an input port for the 129 lnbf. Check that connection also. Got to be either a connection issue or the 129 lnbf.
BTW...This issue will be fixed soon with a software release.
