sonicview 1000 pvr problem with motor

I had a problem with my receiver 's clock not keeping the correct time, so i sent it back to sonicview. They sent me a new receiver but it is not the same. It appears to be an updated version of the receiver i had with some added options in the menue. But after hooking it up, everything works but the dish doesn't move when i try to put the satellites back in. Is it because its a different receiver? Also can someone give me the trasnsponder number to receive white springs tv on the 127 satellite. Thank You

you would need to reset up the motor on the new box

and white springs is at 129, not 127

Sorry, answered to quickly. How do you reset. Can it be done through the receiver or do i have to go on the roof and change something with the dish.

sorry...when I mean reset I meant go into each satellite in the box and set back up the motor settings. The motor settings are stored in the box not the motor
