Some good programming?

I am new to a lot of these HD channels as I switched from cable. I am not to familiar with Spike HD, FX HD, Speed HD, etc. What is some good shows or programming you guys watch on some of the channels? I heard about Vice Cops so I recorded that the other night, but I am in search of some good shows and programming that is in HD. Suggestions please?
