I currently have a 722. I would like to add a 3rd TV, and I want it to have HD reception. I do not want another 2 year commitment, so I'm thinking about purchasing a 211k receiver. Could this be added to my current system? I don' know the model of my dish, but it has 3 LNBs.

Yes. If installed professionally you should already have two lines coming off the dish. From that line run a line (or use existing cabling) to your 211k.

If it's a new receiver it should walk you through the setup process before activation.

With a current account with Dish it's pretty simple to add a purchased receiver to your account. Make sure they mark it as purchased though so you can deactivate it when ever you want. Make sure you keep your receipt for the purchased receiver because Dish is notorious for marking purchased receivers as leased. It can be a real pain when trying to deactivate your receiver in the future.

New HD locals DMAs might still be receiving PTAT channels in SD
