Software Update

But with that said it is your browser that is doing the caching of these things.
But the server sets an expiration timestamp so the browser knows to request the new version. Unless you're saying Microsoft has a more advanced web service than Unix? And I know that can't be possibly true… :devilish

Is the BB Edit Mode gone for good? I used to click on the 3 Dots by the Preview Post button which used to bring up the Floppy icon (Save/Delete) and the Edit Mode which exposed all the [ ] codes to fix some formatting issues I would see from time to time. Now, those brackets are gone and have been for a week or two.
Scott Greczkowski, have you seen anything about this issue? This is on my iPad Air M2 with iPadOS 18.3.1:

I checked and a different set of icons are there on my iPhone 13, also running iOS 18.3.1:

The "[ ]" BBCode Edit icon is there, along with the Clear Formatting icon.

edit: Well, I tried zapping all stored website data (a.k.a., "Tossed my Cookies") and while it changed the appearance slightly after I logged back in to this site, it still didn't bring back the "[ ]" icon…😔

As mentioned a few weeks ago, this is due to the updated editor.

But with that said I can edit the menu, so I will take a look later. What is show is based on the size of your screen. (There are three different sizes for those menus based on your screen size reported by the device.)

Font size does not have anything to do with it. Its what your browser reports as your screen size back to the forum.

I think I got it. Let me know. Here is what the settings look like.
