So... should I sign up today, or wait until July 1st?

So, I'm a bit confused about what Dish said last week (and Scott posted on here) about new users signing up.

Scott mentioned a deal for new users starting July 1st. Is the price for someone looking to sign up to the DishHD Bronze package cheaper on July 1st, or is it only cheaper for those people who don't want HD?

The prices listed for a july promo can already be gotten now.

$10 off of SD packages with the $100 back promo

and $20 of of HD with the $100 back promo and the $100 HD Bonus promo

I don't think it's anything new on July 1

Here is another question:

Has anybody signed up through dish builder with this setup:

1 HD/DVR
1 HD receiver
3 TV's hooked up to DVR
0 TV's hooked up without a DVR

?

Their internet chat support does not let me know models or types. Obviously I would get a ViP622 and ViP211, from there I'm confused as to whether they give me another single output DVR or a dual output DVR.

They have a 4 tuner lease limit so you'd only be able to get

1 HD-DVR
1 HD Reciver
1 SD DVR

(since the dvrs each have 2 tuners)
