Received my replacement card in the mail last night.
Was fairly straight forward, but had to have them reactivate the PTV feature once completed.
The CSR that I worked with was very helpful and friendly. Based on my recent experiences, if they still made the 7200 I would recommend it to others. As it is, I'm continuing to be very happy with the use of my DishPlayer 7200 with the current software support.
Hopefully you 522, 721 and 921 users will get to stable code as the 7200 currently has now. It took them several years, but if the 7200 was released as it works currently it would have cornered the market in my opinion.
So when you 7200 users receive your replacement cards, double check your PTV feature afterwards and be ready to call if necessary to turn it back on. The CSR I delt with was very friendly and knowledgable about this, so I suspect other 7200 users had already encountered this and the CSR's were prepared.
