My receiver is the 722 and I just bought the sling adapter. I am trying to watch on my ipad2. I am only able to watch dish on demand movies on ipad. I cannot watch live tv or my recorded DVR shows. The menu I get on my ipad says watch tv or record. For demand movies it says watch on ipad. I have reset my receiver, my broadband connection is good. Can anyone offer any suggestions. Thanks in advance!

Have you tried deleting the app and downloading again? You may have to use dishanywhere.com instead of dishonline.com.
It sounds like your receiver is appearing offline in the system. I would try it from dishanywhere.com and see if it shows offline there as well. If it does, I would take a look at your connection at home and make sure the receiver is connecting to the Internet. If you have more than one receiver, makes sure you have the 722 with the Sling Adapter selected from the receiver list as well. If you a different receiver selected, that could be why this is happening as well.
The first time I log in it always says the receiver is off line, but I hit refresh and after 15-20 seconds the DVR appears.
