Site problems?

Why can't I open a thread in a new tab? It comes up to a blank page.

New tab works with FF BUT, slow to load and type and graphics are about half normal size. Strange.

Currently, opening any thread shows several lines (repeated) of this above page :

its back to the dupe posting issue where it gives you the popup "do you wish to leave this page" and then your post shows up twice. It did it on this post
