SiriusXm on sling

Noticed when using my phone and online that siriusxm ch 99-45 is not available...shade 45 is the station...it is however on tv when at home...any ideas why???

Needs to be 5 digits, so try 09945.

It doesn't show up on the guide at al...it skips the ch
