NEW YORK – August 26, 2009 SIRIUS XM Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI) today introduced the XM onyX and SIRIUS Stratus 6, its newest Dock & Play radios based on the latest satellite radio technology and offering listeners user-friendly and easy-to-install entertainment for the car, home, truck, RV and portable use.

Both the XM onyX and SIRIUS Stratus 6 include SIRIUS XM’s patent-pending PowerConnect technology, which works directly through the existing vehicle power system to offer easy Do-It-Yourself installation with reduced wires and connections. Additionally, an Aux-In Cable is a standard in-box accessory to facilitate audio connection in vehicles that have stereo systems with an auxiliary input connection.

The easy-to-use XM onyX boasts an elegant design with a high-resolution color display and all the essential features needed to enjoy satellite radio. XM onyX is customizable, with selectable display colors and trim rings to match the customer’s vehicle dash lights and interior or personal taste. Other features include the ability to save and quickly access up to 10 favorite channels, One-Touch Jump™ that allows direct access to the traffic and weather condition of the 20 most congested cities, and the ability to browse, and scan other channels by categories. XM onyX is sold with a PowerConnect vehicle kit and the Dock & Play design makes it easy to add accessories for listening at home, in the office and elsewhere.

The XM onyX supports all programming packages currently available on the XM network, including “The Best of SIRIUS” package. XM onyX will be sold in stores and available at www.shop.xmradio.com beginning in the fall 2009 at an MSRP of $79.99.

Stratus 6 comes with a complete PowerConnect vehicle kit plus its universal docking capability makes it easy to transfer between compatible docks and sound systems for the home, office or a second vehicle.
