I signed up for there 99$ package. I wanted to know if the hardware they are installing will be compatible with FTA receivers? or do I need FTA stuff? thanks in advanced!

FTA and E* are two totally separate systems, just as D* and E* are.

There is nothing on the E* birds for you in FTA.
