[4DTV] Signal strength flips between 10 & 90 regardless of dish position (4DTV DSR921)

My 921 has stopped working. Signal strength flips between 10 and 90 regardless of where dish is pointed. No longer receives usable signal. Happens on both C and Ku bands. Disconnect LNB and signal strength stays at 10. LNB voltage OK (approximately 20VDC). Any idea what's wrong?
