Signal a bit worse each year

At camper, dish is on an old large tree - for 4 years now. The 101 signals are still in the 90's but the HD signals are now mostly in the 60's when they were in the 70's and 80's couple of years back. Any suggestions regarding how to TWEAK the dish to recapture better HD signals ?

Maybe I could just shorten the tree by an inch or so ...

Oh, I don't know about that, if I was in the area, I'd stop buy to fix it.
I've set up MANY RV Dish set ups in the parks I have stayed at.

No, you probably can't call ATT and say my dish thats attached to a tree needs adjusting ...
