Showtime in FTA?

I was looking on Lyngsat's website and checking out the channels on Galaxy 10R satellite at 123 degrees West. On transponder number 14 at 3992 H it shows Showtime and movie channel promos but it also shows a separate channel for the promos and for Showtime. Is this channel really in FTA on that satellite or is it simply saying that it is the transponder that is dedicated to promo feeds for showtime only and not to Showtime?

Showtime is the owner..if there is more than one channel on a TP, the owner is the first line
Only 2 channels there are Movie Channel & Showtime promo
These are on C-Band and in the clear
