Shipping & Handling for 622

Just wondering if all of you people who received their 622's via UPS were charged a S&H fee on their statements. I haven't received my current statement yet, but I accessed it through the sat system. I noticed there is a $24.95 S&H charge. I was told the only charge for the upgrade was the $299.99, which was charged to my CC. Is everyone else having to pay this S&H charge?
