please cut me some slack on this, i am 81 yrs young and not too tech savvy!

activated my Wally yesterday and have a problem with 61.5.............72 comes in at 59 signal, but 61.5 is not there. checked alignment and skew and all is fine.

dish is on a tripod and pipe is plumb. changed coax and realigned. still same result!!!

now i am LOST

thanks for any input, Bob

It's probably alignment if it's not a line of site problem. What meter did you use to align the dish?

thanks to you guys, will try again on alignment.
will let you know how it goes.................

Well the frustration continues............... still no 61.5.......I have realigned about six times with the same result..

One time i got 77 at a 70% signal...

I'm done now! Too damn old to worry about crap like this, Maybe when i set up camping it will work better.

When you were getting 77, were you also getting 72.7? Are absolutely sure you have a clear line of site for 61.5?

BTW, I'm 76 and set my dish up as often as daily, usually in 10-15 minutes. It wasn't like that at first of course, but I kept trying until I got better at it... ;)

i am not camping yet........i set up my tripod right next to my dish that is on a pole for my home setup.

line of site is not a problem, no trees within 200 ft.

i got 77 when i swung to far to the left.
