If I have a model 301 receiver with a Dish500 Aimed at 110/119 only, will I be able to get the SD version of my Tampa locals?

Currently almost all SD locals are available from 119/110. All SD Core Services are available from 119/110. Tampa and all Core SD will be available from a Dish 500 pointed at 119/110.
