I'll throw you a lifesaver...go with DirecTV if you want the most HD, stay with E* if you want slightly better value and a much better HD DVR, and signup with FiOS if you want the best quality HD and discounted Triple/Ultimate play.

Or if you have any interest in on demand type service remember D* has a better one then E* at the moment, even Scott says that.
