SatGuys thread time stamps havent Fallen Back

I noticed posts made around 10:30 am Eastern are stamped 11:30 am. Like this one, made 10:38.

Go into settings and turn DST off, I just noticed and did same.

The time on the server fell back correctly. But vBulletin did not seem to as I had to turn DST off in the settings too.

Got to love vBulletin.

I do it twice a year here, tivo and now heartland...
