SatGuys Fantasy Baseball

Ten weeks are in the books and I'm in a four way tie for first place. :D

Ninjas are 5-2-3, and Bronx Embalmers, Murieta Mashers and my team are all 6-3-1. :up

I lost my best starter (Peavy) for at least a month. :(

I'm 4-4, seventh out of 12 teams.

I'm third in ERA, first in WHIP- however, I'm second to last in total runs scored!:o:o:o

My lumber-loaded lineup is turning into firewood!:mad:

Wow. 3 ties?! I guess it's better than a loss.

I'm 5-2-3 heading into week 11. I have the least amount of losses in the league, and share a lead for first with a .650 win percentage due to all my ties.

Go Ninja's!!

Starting off the week well!! Good Luck to the Brielle Bombers if I keep this pace!!

As for Greinke, I think you are right, but he was so damn good at the beginning I have to stick it out, for now!!

I had to change the name of my team....Mel Hall was just convicted of being a filthy child molester. I had no idea there were even charges pending against him.....

I've revamped by Fantast Lineup.

I dropped catcher Kurt Suzuki and replaced him with Miguel Olivo.

I dropped Jack Cust, put Kendry Morales on the bench, and replaced him with Rick Ankiel.

I'm ready to unload Dan Haren and Mark Buehrle; make me an offer!

Bill, here's my trade proposal:

Paul Konerko, Luis Castillo, Ryan Theriot, Michael Cuddyer, Dan Haren, and Mark Buehrle for Todd Helton, Mike Lowell, Hank Blalock, and Gil Meche.

That's a very interesting proposal, I'll get back to you.

Just curious, why do you want to unload Haren?

Just curious, why do you want to unload Haren?

Two reasons:

1. I'm a little disapointated in his 5-4 record; he's close to .500, and I look for wins out of my hurlers.

2. My team is in a rut, and I need to shake things up.

If I'm going to do so, I nneed a trump card.

When a team makes a trade to shake things up, they have that one player that they know another team will want badly.
