well...there's one other issue E* has with PSIP...if they allow the receiver to pick it up, they can't force you to get the locals package to get the what data they do provide as they are doing now.

well...there's one other issue E* has with PSIP...if they allow the receiver to pick it up, they can't force you to get the locals package to get the what data they do provide as they are doing now.

Also, if the receiver is not activated (use the OTA tuner) you won't even get the channels listed in the guide so you can't even watch them.
