Any indication whether this new-found love will extend to those early adopters known as HD Absolute subs?

So I think there is still a great interest by us the general public IE the customer/consumer for an "HD Absolute" type of package. The price of the package isn't the issue, we'd like a clear path to a package that is all the HD available. Why does dish not simply add a similar HD only package at appropriate pricing? There-by adding channels and increasing pricing as it grows. We've gone through the precious metals lets start on the Gems kick it off With "Dish HD Diamond" all the best channels in the best HD format, you can include or leave out all the SD versions we can filter those and the shopping channels out if we need to. Maybe it makes sense to include the SD channels to allow some of us to transition to newer recievers. This type of package would also give niche channels the incentive to move to the HD format where the consumer is headed.
Yes, and they also proclaimed back in Feb. that the large price increase to the TurboHD packages would be worth it. So you will have to pardon me for being cynical not having any faith that the issues with their TurboHD packages will get fixed. In fact, I suspect this is just more lip service designed to keep stringing people along enough to stay subscribed (and not leave for another provider). That said, I do thank you for setting up the meet and reporting about it.Because it was a private "off the record" meeting I can not go into details of what was discussed, I will however say this... (And I hope people can read between the lines)
TURBO HD CUSTOMERS... DISH HEARS YOU AND IS WORKING ON A SOLUTION TO THE NEW HD ISSUE. PLEASE BE PATIENT THEY ARE WORKING ON A FEW THINGS TO MAKE YOU HAPPY.
I heard form some vendors that the next team summit is in San Antonio,TX
The burning question has to be what will Dish's brass going to do about their net sub losses over the last 5 Q's.Today SatelliteGuys and 15 lucky members we able to sit down with Dish Network executives at Team Summit in Denver Colorado.
This was a private meeting with Dish Executives, however Dish Network CEO Charlie Ergen turned the tables on us and asked us more questions of us then we did of him and his staff. Charlie actually sat with the SatelliteGuys members while his team of new and old execs jumped in with both feet.

Joining us today from Dish / Echostar was:
Charlie Ergen - CEO
Ira Bahr - Chief Marketing Officer
Mark Jackson - President, Echostar Technologies
Dave Shull - Sr. VP Programming
Bernie Han, Chief Operating Officer
Tom Cullen, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development
After the meeting with the Dish / Echostar staff I was able to take the SatelliteGuys members to the Tech Expo Floor where I got to give them a full demonstration of the Dish Slingloaded ViP 922 HD DVR! All of the members got to play with the new remote from the 922 and seemed to really like the guide and new menus.
With that the official meet and greet was over and I took those in attendance to Bubba Gumps Shrimp Company for some drinks and food. We also gave away some really cool prizes, one SatelliteGuys member went home with a Dish Network TV2 IR Converter Kit, another member went home with the Dish Network Uplink Center book that was signed by the man him self Charlie Ergen!
It was great getting to sit down with all of the members, we had a fun time at Bubba Gumps.
I would like to thanks a few folks at Dish Network for making this possible, first Charlie Ergen for taking time out of his busy schedule to spen and hour and a half with us. (And that thanks goes to all Dish staff who attended!), I would also like to thank Parker from Dish for making this all happen, you don't know how much work this guy did behind the scenes to put this all together. I would also like to thanks Francie and Robin from Dish for their help today and for making this event a success. Finally I would like to thank your members who came out from across the country for this very special SatelliteGuys event! (Oh and a thank you and I miss you to my wife, its been a long 5 days wthout her.)
Methinks and hopes that Absoluted HD customers will somehow fall into this as well. I'd love to get a couple of the 'missing' HD channels that have turned up lately. I'll continue to be patient though, as any remaining Absolute HD sub has been. There's been so much talk about Absolute HD subs wouldn't be getting any more HD, but we have been getting all the same channels as Turbo Gold + Platinum - Encore for quite some time. It would be a slap in the face if things changed and we didn't get the additional channels that the lowest HD only package received in the future. When we signed up we signed up at the going rate for all HD. Too bad that changed.TURBO HD CUSTOMERS... DISH HEARS YOU AND IS WORKING ON A SOLUTION TO THE NEW HD ISSUE. You'll probably want to take that apron with you if there is going to be grilling going on...That is amazingly cool. I hope the next Team Summit is in Dallas! I would love to get a chance to grill Charlie in person! Or maybe he would grill me... Either way, that sounds like a very cool experience.

Thanks for the lines to read between.
I'm okay right now - and I'm willing to wait a little while and see what Charlie works out for Turbo. If Absolute isn't addressed by Turbo gets change, then I'll probably say something. I still get all the HD channels I wanted from when I signed up, pay the same price and am happy.See my post here about Absolute HD email I sent to consumerist.com.

Email the sites yourself with your stories. The ball has started rolling. If you email, it will get snowballing and grow.
Scott,
Any indication whether this new-found love will extend to those early adopters known as HD Absolute subs?
Any mention of outsourced CSRs specifically or customer service issues in general?
