i had a guy on here tell me last night (matt from dish) that dishnetwork moved the HD PITTSBURGH off of the 118.7 satalite.............did they remove them totally and if so....im still getting them so did they put them on another satalite..............he said that dish did this on 11-03-10. i have the 110,118.7,119,and the 129....so if im still getting them and they were removed off of the 118....where are they

the way i understood it was the STANDARD pittsburgh locals are on the 129 (i used to have them) i only upgraded my dish to obtain the 118.7 because the HD pittsburgh locals were on that satalite..

the dish tech said that they moved them off of the 118.7 on 11-03-10. i know the STANDARDS were on the 129.....so are you saying that the HD ones are now on the 129 also.

is there a website that tells us which channels are on which satalite?

thx iceberg.....did you by chance read the rest of my post....the situation im having.....do you think that this could be the problem with my 922 reciever....do you think that since i am still pointing at the 118.7 ...the conflict could be causing my problems

if that is the problem....i should just be able to put a new set of lnbs up there pointing to the 110,119,129 (like i had, before i paid 200 bucks to put up this dish which points at the 110,118.7,119,129) and maybe this 922 will run correctly.......what do you think

If they were moved off 118.7 to 129 your 922 should be looking at 129 not 118.7 for the signal. That information should be part of the guide data downloaded by your receiver. I you want to remove 118.7 just unscrew the line from 118.7 from your DPP44 and run a check switch, 118.7 should dissappear from your receiver.

No, there are two DishPro jacks on that combo LNB: one for 119, and one for 118.7.
