Yes, you don't need HD programing in order to receive satellite 129.

You do not even need an HD receiver, since there are some QPSK SD x-ponders on it...

What type of dish are you using? If 1k.2 try Elevation 32 Azimuth 215 Skew 116.

What is a 500 with a 1000.2? Both are satellite dishes, are you doing a Western Arc with a 500 side dish for a EA satellite? Your posts as an installer leave a lot to be desired for information.
