Sat 119 no signal

I have a Wally with a 1000.2 wa dish. I have signal strength of 60+ on 110 and 129 but nothing on 119.

Any thoughts?

Any thoughts?

If nothing is blocking the view to 119 I would guess it's a bad LNB.
