Samsung HT-P38 remote codes

Help!!
I have a Scientific Atlanta All-touch Remote (Time Warner Cable DVR) I have upgraded my sound system to a Samsung Home Theater system(HT-P38). I would like to control at least the power on/off on the HT-P38 with my Scientific Atlanta All-touch Remote. I can't seem to get a programing code that will work. The auto find on the remote does not seem to find the proper code either.
Any help out there??? -Thanks MNW
