I am still using 11-03-21. very stable and moves from bird to bird easily and doesn't have the long duration 'moving dish' display when it sees the new signal. charlie
Thats very interesting. My S9 came with the same FW as yours. But it had a glitch. It would not respond to the power button on the remote. I had to use the power switch on the back of the box.
This led me to try all the versions that I could find. The one thing I do miss with the newer versions (menu across the top) is the lack of a proper channel sort function. Though I do like the standby feature that displays OFF when turning off the box. This feature keeps the time function going. It seems you give up a feature to acquire another one.
I have said it before, my Viewsat Ultra 2000 has a clock that works, very stable FW and USALs that works and doesn't destroy the power supply when driving the motor and never overheated. Sadly it lacks DVB-S2. I still use it as a standby and for testing.
