OK, I'll start it off.
DVR + My Recordings + Daily Schedule
Off by one programming error: the current/next time slot is one line above the displayed list. Thus you have to scroll back one to see what will record. Not a biggie but annoying.
In the it would be nice category: I would like to see the episode numbers for shows that are scrolled to from the past. It helps to know if you need to find a later version or just which one you missed.

Pick a nonexistent timer and it says "No Timers Scheduled" but it drops you to Daily Schedule and not back to Timers.
Oops if you cancel you do go back to the Timers list, improved at sometime.
If you pick an event and Skip it, the list is shortened.
Someone should go through and exercise each option and clean them up as in good programming practice.
