RTPi signal loss on AMC4

Has anyone had problems with signal loss of RTp on AMC4 (101W)? I have both a 1meter dish and a 33" dish, most of the time signal is good at around 60-70% but then there are times when the signal drops to 40% or less even on a cloudless windless day. I am using a starchoice LNB if that makes a difference.

This seems to be a common complaint with this channel, but I guess its free so what can you do? Could also be bad weather at the uplink center. But this problem has been documented often here, so its not your end
