Rollout of P386

I have three 811 receivers, which get HD from Dish, and also get local (HD) channels from an off-air antenna. Up until early this year, I was getting the local channels in the program guide with full program listings and detail. But then, all three receivers started showing NO program listings. Apparently, this was a known issue and was scheduled to be fixed in a future download.

One of my receivers received software download P386 last week, and now it gets local channel program listings. GREAT NEWS!

But neither of my other two receivers have received this download. They're both running off P384. I call Dish Network and was told that customer service cannot schedule software downloads. They come when they come.

I was wondering if anyone knew what the schedule was for completing deployment of the P386 software? I would like to get it on all three receivers, so I can get the local program listings back.

Hmmm. It looks like they're explicitly excluding P384, but no others. Why would that be? P384 still has the problem.
