I live in VA too. Have you done a rescan lately? Grit Channel has been added on 65.3 and Escape on 12.3 a few weeks ago.

I picked up a Roamio, the basic is the only one that does OTA. Also a Mini for another TV. Used a code off eBay and the total price for the Roamio with lifetime was $456 plus the cost of the code. Mini was $114 and that included lifetime.
