Hi,
I "moved", and I need to return a receiver.
They sent the return box to my moved address.
Can someone provide me with the correct address to return a receiver.

I haven't had to deal with this since 2010, but I'm sure the "return box" contains a label to fix to the outside of the box to return the receiver in it. Procedures may have changed of course since then, but IMO I would call and request another return box or at least tell DTV your dilemma and have them advise you on how to proceed.

I'm with Iceberg. Call D* and have them ship a "return box" to your new billing address. I have had to return two receivers (bad ones) in the last 4 months and each time they gave me a prepaid label for the return. And they give you the proper packing materials so that the receiver will arrive at their location in Texas with no damage. You just drop the box off at the post office. It is so easy when you do it this way I cannot see any reason to try to do it yourself.

Having them ship to the billing address doesn't raise any red flags? Especially since it is in a different state?
